Project: 500 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant
Owner: Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD)

This project included the completion of a combined cycle power plant with a 2 on 1 General Electric 7FA combustion turbine, a Mitsubishi steam turbine, two each Nooter/Eriksen, and a RCC Zero Liquid Discharge. Work included the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), Cooling Tower, Gas Compressor, and other Balance of Plant equipment.
ARB provided all startup support for Black & Veatch commissioning team. Also completed all structural steel installations of pipe racks, ladders, platforms, stairs, and miscellaneous. ARB also provided site support including cranes and forklifts. In addition, ARB was assigned to finish all backfill, miscellaneous concrete structures, and all site finishes.
