ARB's scope of work included the construction of all site prep, civil, and underground utilities, gas compressor site, and mechanical piping systems. ARB installed all site finishes and provided support compliance. ARB also installed over 12,000 ft of 12 inch piping to the site through the city and HDD under major freeways.
The project features two General Electric LM6000 combustion turbines, a Mitsubishi Steam turbine and two each ATS HRSG's.
